Please note: the Hesco 3611C plates are now sold one plate at a time. Selecting a quantity of 1 adds one plate to your cart. If you want a pair or multiple plates, choose the correct quantity from the dropdown before adding to cart.
Police surplus inventory. While the plates show no signs of use, they must be sold as used. Each plate was manufactured in 2019 and carries a standard 5‑year service label, with expiration dates ranging from February to August 2024.
It’s important to note that armor does not “go bad” at expiration, government agencies are simply required to retire equipment once it reaches its dated limit. These plates still look and feel brand new.

A properly fitted torso plate should not interfere with the comfortable movement of the arms and shoulders. If a plate is too large, it can impede mobility and result in difficulty holding, aiming or discharging a weapon which can result in fatigue and inaccuracy.
