At Omega Mars T.R.O.N., we work hard to ship your order quickly and securely. Because we are a small business with a mix of new, used, surplus, and one‑of‑a‑kind items, our shipping process is designed to be fair, transparent, and reliable.
Order Processing Time
We try to ship orders 3 to 5 days a week. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, but processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, or high‑volume periods.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We currently offer FREE shipping on orders of $20 or more. (Subject to change as our business grows.)
Taxes
We currently do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Texas. Orders shipped within Texas will include applicable state and local taxes.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 - 48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
For lost or stolen packages:

Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim

We will assist, when possible, but we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered
Carrier delays (weather, customs, operational issues) are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must follow our Refund & Return Policy. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
