At Omega Mars T.R.O.N., we stand behind the quality and accuracy of every item we sell. Because our catalog includes new, used, vintage, surplus, and one‑of‑a‑kind products, our return policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and our small business.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Our 7‑day return window provides customers with a fair and reasonable amount of time to inspect their item and decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Return Eligibility

A return may be approved if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is unused or in the same condition as delivered

Items must include any accessories, manuals, or packaging that originally came with the product (when applicable).

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Used, vintage, surplus, or unique-condition items where wear was clearly described in the listing

  • Items that have been modified, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exception: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or inaccurate description), we cover the return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If we sent the wrong product or the item does not match the description:

  • We cover all return shipping

  • We offer a replacement or a full refund

  • No restocking fees apply

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
