All items marked as looks/feels new will show no signs of usage on any of the tools. However, the item might have light scratches on handles due to improper carry and storage. Might require a light dusting or cleaning due to long term storage etc.

The Items marked BRAND NEW IN BOX, are just that, brand new, never opened, never used, still sealed, original packaging and box.
